1970 Jeep CJ-5

Solid North Carolina example loaded with period-correct accessories. Jeep has a dealer-installed Bonanza III metal enclosure with doors and windows.  You can get out of a jamb with the Jeep brand working electric winch.  Jeep has a Warn “all-range” overdrive and locking hubs.  Probably one of the most rare accessories is the onboard generator that starts working when you plug a 110v appliance into the dash-mounted receptacle while the Jeep is running. Jeep has a rear seat for additional passengers.

Jeep has a very solid body and floors and was repainted many years ago in the correct Harvest Gold finish with white top and doors. The seats are correctly upholstered in off-white vinyl.   The Jeep has the original 225 Dauntless V-6  engine that runs great and the Jeep starts, runs, and drives just as it should. At this time, the Jeep has radial street tires.
