1977 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Landau

$18,900

(VIN1H57L7B481381)-UNRESTORED ORIGINAL WITH ONLY 22,194 actual documented miles from new.  Originally sold at Smith Chevrolet in nearby Gastonia, North Carolina and comes to us from a collector’s estate.  Resplendent in the original factory finish of “Buckskin” with original Buckskin vinyl landau top and original Buckskin vinyl interior.  Car is factory-loaded with equipment and accessories including 350 4BBL V-8 engine, Turbo Hydra-Matic automatic transmission, COLD FACTORY AIR CONDITIONING, power steering, power disc brakes, deluxe seat belts, tinted glass, f & r floor mats, door edge guards, tilt steering column, AM-FM stereo Radio, f & r bumper guards, and the Landau aluminum wheels.

Very minute modifications over the years include upgrade to dual exhaust, gauges to monitor engine temperature and oil pressure, and the BFG white-letter radial tires. Car starts, runs, and drives flawlessly.  It is a time capsule as if you found this car on a used car lot in 1978.  No rust, rot, or body repairs ever! Perfect for touring, cruising, or car shows.  1977 was a significant year for the Monte Carlo as it is the last year for a full-size version. It was marketed as a sport personal luxury car from its inception in 1970 until the end of the 1977 model run.  Like many of the GM cars, the Monte Carlo was down-sized in 1978 because of fuel. Don’t miss this unrestored piece of Chevrolet history…..
