357 - 1957 Ford Fairlane Supercharged 2dr Club Sedan

VIN:B57MG117030 Vehicle is located in Georgia

This Fairlane comes our way from the private collection of well known long time Georgia Ford enthusiast and collector, Wayne Blackwood. From his early days of drag racing his 1968 Super Stock Shelby 500K Mustang, to realizing a dream and owning his Lincoln/Mercury dealership for many years, Wayne has owned, driven, collected, built and sold nothing but Ford products. He is known to “bleed Ford blue if cut”. Wayne feels that the time has finally come to let others enjoy his personal “keepers”.  He has owned this Fairlane for over 15 years and has overseen a complete no-expense spared restoration/build. As with everything he does, he clearly has gone above and beyond expectations to add his personal preferences that make this car his own and special.

The “Raven” black paint is near flawless and shows as new on this laser straight body. Interior is finished in correct grey cloth with correct trim. A 4-speed transmission is coupled to the iconic 312 cubic inch “Thunderbird Special” V-8 eng. It has undergone a complete, and time consuming , professional build that includes ported and polished heads, performance cam, a 347 “stroker” kit that was engineered and designed specifically for this engine application to be used with the Paxton Supercharger.

Wayne says that he has invested over $90.000 in his baby  through the years. We truly understand why this is one of his favorites.
